Timeout after computer reboot
  • Tried
    1 rebooting the computer again
    2 rebooting SS
    3 IP Scanner, and Amcrest app recognizes video
    4 SS device ONVIF with atuo discovered devices it is NOT recognized.

  • We’ll need more information than this to diagnose the problem, including a screenshot of the camera’s device setup in SecuritySpy and the log file (File menu in SecuritySpy -> Open Log). If you email us these things we’ll help you with this directly.
