Was this working with a previous version of SecuritySpy?
What "Profile" are you using to connect to the cameras, under Preferences -> Cameras -> Device?
There is a newer version of SecuritySpy just out, which you can get from the download page (or use the "Check For Update" option from the SecuritySpy menu in SecuritySpy itself) - does this fix it?
Hi Doug, it's possible that 4.1 introduced a PTZ problem with AVTech cameras, I'm currently travelling at the moment so I won't be able to look into this for a coupe of weeks, but I will do so when I get back, and will post my findings here.

AVTECH
with the new 4.1.1
Also, if your cameras are ONVIF-compatible, please try the ONVIF profile in SecuritySpy and let us know if the PTZ works with this setup.
ONVIF does not
